i’m very disappointed in the battery life of new battery. i have 2 from previous order. and it is using 2 strips while new only use 1 strip and only last 4 hours while old is still juiced. plus the new battery didn’t come with light display.
Hi Justin, sorry you're having issues with your battery pack. The main order of new ones came in shortly after your order. We're happy to swap that batter out for one of the new ones.
Smooth transaction...good brand of LG batteries used...just not user friendly for E-bike hunting motors that are larger...need wider slots too use bigger zip tires on E-hub motors and enclose longer zip ties for them....should have an option when purchasing for regular axles or E-hub motors in my opinion otherwise solid product
Hi Dan, Thank you for the feedback. We will look into adding an ebike option for our single battery product page.
Second time ordering from here. I placed the wrong order but Josh was very helpful to help me fix it.
I would recommend buying from them. My strip lights are very bright. Everyone can see me on the road, it’s perfect.
Shout out to my boy josh for the replacement twin battery pack work like a charm appreciate you boys down there
Thanks Romell! We appreciate the review and enjoy the lights!
